SEND BY EMAIL​

Send-by-Email allows buyers to manage the sending of purchasing documents (purchase order and Request for quotations) to suppliers with a single action and without the need to print the documents. Buyers can preview the email, add more information, attach additional documents before sending. Traceability of the email is logged and viewable, and it allows sending notification to the buyer in case of errors. Using this solution, you can also send follow-up documents to suppliers to ensure on time delivery of goods and services.
